CECE JEWELLERY

 1. HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE JEWELRY INDUSTRY?

I studied history of art at university and wanted to work in auction houses - I come from a very creative background. I quickly realized I was jealous of the artists from the creative aspect of the art world. In a moment of “what am I doing with my life” I decided to do a five-day ring making course in Hatton Garden and nothing felt more exciting than making my own gold jewelry! This is where my creativity and enthusiasm with the industry sparked. This was around 2019.

2. WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT JEWELRY?

It’s an extension of you and your identity. It’s your armor that you put on for your day. It’s beautiful, it speaks and it’s more personal than clothing or anything else. I’m also a massive magpie and I love anything sparkly.
